Children’s Ministry

Our children’s classes are designed to make Christ and the church the center of attention. Here children will learn to love and follow God early in life. With games, activities, special treats, and loving teachers, each class is fun and teaches a Bible lesson.

We currently offer Sunday School classes for the following age groups:

4 & 5 year olds

1st-6th grade girls

1st-6th grade boys

Teen Ministry

At Temple Baptist Church, the teen ministry is the hub of a young person’s busy life.  It is the place where teenagers can come fellowship with good friends, make new friends, and develop the kind of long-lasting relationships that will help them grow into adulthood.  Most importantly, the teen ministry is dedicated to fine tuning their focus on serving the Lord.  In everything that we do, we strive to always provide teens with instruction that is centered around Christ.

We believe that balance is the key to having the right kind of young person.  Everything we do in the teen ministry is designed to provide teens with a balance in their life.  Our teens understand that a young person can have a good time and still maintain his or her Christian integrity.  There is a time for serving God, but there is also a time to just have fun.  The teen ministry is always having fun activities!  

One thing every teenager needs is to feel like they belong.  We strive to help every teenager realize that they are important to God.  No matter what background a teenager comes from or what he has faced in life, God has a purpose for each one.  Join us to experience good, clean fun and positive Christian growth.

Other Ministries

At Temple Baptist, we consider ourselves to be church family. We enjoy scheduled quarterly activities for our college & career, young married couples, and young at heart groups to provide a casual atmosphere for Christian fellowship. Whatever your age, you can also further your Bible knowledge and even earn a degree through courses from Baptist College of America. We also have a variety of ministry opportunities to provide an outlet for Christian service and outreach for the Lord as well as a discipleship program.
